Shipping policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout subject to the size and weight of your order. Domestic shipping is free on orders over AED499, and on GCC orders over AED599.

  • Orders will be processed and handed to the courier the following day.
  • Orders placed on Thursdays will be processed the following Saturday. 
  • For urgent delivery requests, same-day delivery within Dubai can be arranged via direct correspondence with us and a delivery quote will be provided.

We aim to have your order delivered within 1-3 days (UAE) or 3-5 days (GCC). National holidays may delay your shipment. Delivery times are merely estimates and may vary depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you by email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped. Feel free to contact us for any updates regarding your order.

Multiple Shipments may appear separately on your monthly statement.

International Shipping Charges
International orders may be subject to the customs duty & import procedures of the destination country and therefore the total cost of shipping cannot be estimated at checkout. We accept no responsibility for import/customs charges on international orders.

 

Returns policy

All items are carefully inspected before packing. Please check the contents of your order carefully upon receipt. If damaged, please refuse receipt of your delivery.

Damages
Skateboards break, sometimes they break during the first session, it's frustrating but it happens. If you believe your item to be defective, a return request will be reviewed and accepted at our discretion. Damaged items with signs of normal wear will not be eligible for return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Any items that have been assembled (gripped boards) or removed from packaging will NOT be eligible for return unless proven to be defective. 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items unless proven to be damaged or defective.

Variations
We try our best to visually represent the products sold as faithfully as we can, however, many items have variations (top-ply colour on boards) that may not be as displayed. Items may not be returned based on such variations. If you wish to see a photo of the exact item you will be receiving, let us know before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

Procedure
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make a correction. You must provide proof of purchase.

RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF A DISCOUNT CODE FOR THE EQUIVALENT VALUE. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

We have a 7-day return policy for UAE orders, and 14 days for international orders. Return requests must be made within these respective timeframes.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at precious.trust.pt@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

Return shipping will be at the buyers expense, we accept no liability for lost or damaged goods during return transit. Items damaged in transit will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, the equivalent value will be issued in the form of store credit with which to purchase the new item. 

Refunds 
Refunds will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Cancellation
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

Payments & Order Confirmation

Card payments are processed by Telr and charged in AED. Once your order has been placed and the payment successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address used at checkout. You will receive another email with your tracking number when your order has been received by the courier. Further updates may be sent to you by email or SMS directly from the courier.
